The role involves managing software quality assurance functions, leading testing activities, and coordinating with various teams to deliver high-quality banking and payment solutions within an Agile environment.
Mandatory Skill(s)
- Must have minimum 10 years total experience and 5–7 years of relevant project management experience with payment systems and cash management applications;
- Functional testing experience in GPP-SP (Global PayPlus – Service Platform);
- Must have strong knowledge of Payment systems including Payments Hub, Clearing and Settlement, Automated Clearing House programs and channels payment file formats (ISO20022, SEPA, SWIFT);
- Must have proficiency in UAT, E2E, Functional & System Integration testing of banking and financial applications;
- Experience in SDLC, STLC, and Defect Life Cycle;
- Must have knowledge on testing tools like XRAY / JIRA.
Desirable Skill(s)
- Experience in Retail, Wholesale & Corporate Banking;
- Exposure to Corporate Commercial Payments, International & Domestic Payments, Correspondent Banking, ACH, Real Time Payments, Cash & Liquidity Management, Compliance/AML, FX, Messaging (Swift & ISO);
- Experience working in Agile environments;
- Strong analytical, documentation and presentation skills;
- Ability to interact effectively with multiple stakeholders (technical, business, vendors);
- Team-oriented, proactive, hands-on, and detail-oriented mindset;
- Ability to work in a multicultural, distributed team (Paris, SQY, Singapore) and willingness for limited travel.
Responsibilities
- Manage software quality assurance functions and QA teams to ensure high-quality product delivery;
- Collaborate with software QA and automation engineers through Agile development lifecycle;
- Lead and coordinate testing activities (System, SIT, E2E, Regression, UAT);
- Review and develop test strategies and maintain continuous improvement;
- Manage communication between suppliers, vendors, technical, business, and operational teams;
- Identify and resolve constraints, dependencies, issues, and manage project risks;
- Prepare and review UAT, E2E test scenarios, and test cases;
- Maintain test libraries and manage defect recording and reporting.
