We are Looking for candidate who can driving risk management across Client's banking markets and brokerage units, ensuring alignment with the Group’s risk appetite. Covers key areas like Customer Centre, Ops, and Service Provider Governance, in close collaboration with regional teams.
Mandatory Skill(s)
- Must have Minimum 8 Years of experience in Risk Management & Mitigation, Vendor Management and Risk Project Delivery;
- Lead risk identification, assessment, and mitigation to align with the organization’s risk appetite. Develop strategies and report performance to senior leadership;
- Must have experience supporting and delivering risk-related projects on time, conducting risk reviews and KRI analysis to ensure control effectiveness, and overseeing remediation of control gaps;
- Must Oversee governance of outsourced service providers, including risk assessment, contracts, and performance, ensuring regulatory compliance;
- Promote a strong risk culture through training, awareness, and leading risk-related initiatives across Banking teams.

- Demonstrates Strong planning, execution, and time management skills with solid financial services knowledge, risk awareness, and a track record of impactful, influence-based leadership.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and manage risks to align with the organization’s risk appetite, using reviews, assessments, and metrics analysis. Ensure prompt escalation and reporting in line with bank and regulatory requirements;
- Create frameworks, metrics, and thresholds to support Banking Client's risk mitigation and promptly escalate emerging risks to stakeholders;
- Evaluate Gen AI use cases for compliance with Operational Risk Guardrails, governance flow, and Bank requirements;
- Collaborate with senior management and regional risk teams to set risk goals and report performance and emerging risks to leadership;
- Oversee Operations/CCTR teams in monitoring key risk indicators and quality metrics to ensure internal control effectiveness, manage risk exposure within appetite, and identify gaps in processes;
- Manage outsourced services and providers through regular performance reviews, due diligence, and prompt contract oversight;
- Partner with Location Risk Managers to oversee risk mitigation addressing control gaps and work with other Risk Management teams to support and train CBGO in building a strong risk and control culture.
