Responsible for managing full-cycle water and wastewater treatment projects, ensuring they meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Oversees all engineering phases from tender to handover, ensuring technical accuracy and taking ownership of the team’s designs and calculations.

Mandatory Skill(s)

• Must have experience in large-scale water or wastewater treatment projects, ideally the most significant in terms of project value;
• Must have experience in reviewing and evaluating technical proposals; 
• Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field is required. 

Desirable Skill(s)

• Experience in project budgeting and financial planning;
• Background in managing vendors and external partners throughout the project lifecycle; 
• Experience in both onshore and offshore oil & gas projects is highly preferred; 
• Relevant training and certifications in Engineering Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple engineering projects related to water treatment/ wastewater treatment simultaneously, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery;
• Develop and manage project budgets, overseeing their successful execution;
• Oversee all engineering phases from tender to final handover across the full project lifecycle;
• Manage third-party engineering vendors and coordinate their contributions;
• Provide technical and engineering support to upper management for key decisions;
• Build, lead, and oversee engineering teams, ensuring quality and efficiency in delivery;
• Review team outputs for technical accuracy and take ownership of engineering designs and calculations, while also recruiting and retaining top engineering talent.
