The role focuses on ensuring software solutions meet business requirements through comprehensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT). The candidate will be responsible for understanding functional requirements, designing and executing test cases, and coordinating with key stakeholders throughout the testing lifecycle.
Mandatory Skill(s)
- Must have strong knowledge of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes;
- Ability to translate functional requirements into comprehensive test cases;
- Must have hands-on experience in test execution, defect logging, and issue tracking;
- Proficient in creating test plans, UAT reports, and training materials;
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Desirable Skill(s)
- Experience in banking, financial services, or product GTS environments;
- Exposure to Agile or Waterfall project methodologies;
- Knowledge of tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
Responsibilities
- Understand functional requirements and design appropriate test cases;
- Create and review test plans, test cases, and training materials with stakeholders;
- Execute UAT test cases, track defects, and perform root cause analysis;
- Communicate UAT progress and issues via regular status reports;
- Participate in pre-implementation readiness checks and post-implementation support;
- Support end-user live verification and provide assistance during system rollouts.
