Seeking Project Leader/Manager with a strong track record in systems delivery and integration for high-availability, safety-critical environments.
Mandatory Skill(s)
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field;
- Must have with 8+ years experience in managing large-scale projects;
- Must have experience in delivering complex systems integration involving multiple stakeholders;
- Experience in managing vendor contracts, coordinating subcontractors, and working with teams across multiple locations to deliver projects;
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills;
- Knowledgeable in technical documentation and systems architecture;
- Experienced in Agile project management methodology;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and people engagement skills in both English and Chinese.
Desirable Skill(s)
- Professional Management certification;
- Knowledgeable in cybersecurity for critical infrastructure and software system lifecycles, including design, development, testing, and commissioning.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of the project from start to finish;
- Ensure projects meet contract requirements, timelines, and quality standards;
- Collaborate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and vendors;
- Oversee project planning, budgeting, hiring, and vendor management;
- Monitor project scope, schedule, resources, risks, and quality control;
- Maintain thorough documentation, change management, and compliance with standards;
- Lead communication, progress reporting, issue resolution, and ensure timely project delivery.
