We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Agile Project Manager to lead and deliver our projects.The role requires managing cross-platform workstreams, guiding Agile practices, and collaborating with senior management and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Agile project delivery, leadership of multiple teams, and the ability to influence and coach peers, stakeholders, and leaders.
Mandatory Skill(s)
- Must have Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field (Master’s is a plus);
- Must have minimum 8 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years as a Scrum Master and 2 years in a senior Scrum Master role;
- Must have professional certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP, Prince2) and Agile (e.g., SAFe Agilist, Scrum Master, Kanban);
- Must have Advanced certifications such as A-CSM, PSM II or equivalent;
- Proven experience managing multiple Agile teams, Agile transformations, and complex projects;
- Proficiency with Agile project tracking tools (Jira, Jira Plan, Dashboards);
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and vendor management skills;
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Desirable Skill(s)
- Experience in the Banking/Insurance domain;
- Exposure to service-oriented environments and data engineering projects;
- Sound experience in cloud migration or infrastructure security projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver TIM projects ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and quality standards;
- Steer multiple workstreams across different platforms while managing resources, budgets, and schedules;
- Facilitate adoption and adherence to Scrum practices and Agile principles across teams;
- Mentor and coach Scrum Masters and team members to strengthen Agile delivery maturity;
- Drive technical and non-technical teams to deliver business value in collaboration with stakeholders and sponsors;
- Proactively identify risks, impediments, and issues, and define mitigation strategies;
- Host regular stakeholder meetings, providing transparency on progress, challenges, and health of iterations;
- Ensure effective project governance through Plan, Build, and Run processes;
- Manage project reporting, performance metrics, and completion documentation;
- Rollout and manage infrastructure security, cloud, and non-IT projects across multiple markets.
