We are seeking a BI Developer / Data Analyst to design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and data models using Microsoft Power BI and related tools. This role involves collaborating closely with the Data Products team to translate business requirements into data-driven insights while maintaining ongoing BAU operations and ensuring the quality of deployed solutions.
Mandatory Skill(s)
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Power BI development and data analysis;
- Must have strong command of SQL for data extraction, validation, and transformation;
- Must have proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, Data Modeling, and Report Publishing;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
Desirable Skill(s)
- Experience with Azure Data Services and Databricks;
- Familiarity with Power Apps, Power Automate, or other low-code/no-code automation tools;
- Knowledge of Python, R, or other programming languages for data analysis;
- Experience handling various data formats (CSV, JSON, XML, relational databases, etc.);
- Strong presentation and problem-solving abilities;
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate;
- Conduct data analysis, data validation, and data quality checks using SQL;
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, troubleshoot issues, and incorporate feedback;
- Maintain and document best practices, development standards, and reusable templates for reporting and analytics solutions;
- Ensure consistent upkeep and improvements to existing BI solutions in production (BAU support).
