We are looking for an experienced Identity & Access Management (IAM) Specialist with strong expertise in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD). The role involves designing and implementing secure authentication and authorization strategies, managing SSO/MFA integrations, and ensuring compliance with enterprise security standards. You will lead IAM projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvement of IAM systems.
Mandatory Skill(s)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Identity & Access Management (IAM) domain
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Entra ID, including SSO and MFA implementations
- Must have strong experience in secure authentication and authorization design
- Must have strong experience in Identity Protection and Conditional Access Policies
- Must have strong experience in AAD Connect and Application Proxy and in certificate management for federated SSO
- Hands-on experience leading application onboarding and enforcing compliance with security standards;
- Solid understanding of IAM principles and enterprise security best practices;
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Desirable Skill(s)
- Microsoft certifications in IAM/Entra ID;
- Knowledge of cloud IAM solutions (Okta, Ping, CyberArk, etc);
- Familiarity with PowerShell scripting, automation, OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage authentication & authorization strategies using Microsoft Entra ID;
- Develop and maintain SSO/MFA integrations across enterprise applications;
- Implement Conditional Access & Identity Protection policies;
- Manage AAD Connect & Application Proxy configurations;
- Lead application onboarding, ensuring compliance with IAM policies;
- Collaborate with infra teams on certificate lifecycle management;
- Provide technical leadership for IAM-related projects;
- Support audits, incident response, and drive continuous improvement in IAM practices.
