Seeking a Technical Lead for the organization's Private Bank Development Team to oversee the design, development, and governance of critical applications in the Private Banking domain. The role involves leading solutioning, design validation, and implementation phases while ensuring compliance with architecture standards and smooth delivery across stakeholders.
Mandatory Skill(s)
- 8+ years in application solution and architecture design;
- Hands-on experience with Temenos Wealthsuite – (EdgeConnect, TCIB, Triple A+ GUI, WUI, OData, WTX/ITX);
- Strong knowledge of Unix/Linux shell scripting and Oracle DB;
- Proven delivery of Private Banking solutions (at least one end-to-end implementation);
- Expertise in application analysis, system integration, and code review;
- Solid understanding of API Microservices, OAuth2, and OWASP Top 10;
- Performance tuning skills (SQL optimization, multi-threading, non-blocking);
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and n-Tier architecture.
Desirable Skill(s)
- Familiarity with TAP upgrade project implementation;
- Proficiency in data migration (ETL, bulk transfer, reconciliation);
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies;
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder influencing skills;
- Resilient mindset and ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Lead solution design validation and architecture governance reviews;
- Ensure technical design aligns with enterprise principles and security standards;
- Standardize application architecture and recommend tech improvements;
- Resolve technical issues across connectivity, testing, and code scanning;
- Support functional and non-functional testing phases;
- Facilitate knowledge transfer for quality testing;
- Liaise with vendors to clarify technical requirements;
- Collaborate with developers and infra teams during build, test, and deployment.
