Seeking a Senior Consultant who leads architecture and lifecycle management of customer solutions, ensuring high-quality designs and stakeholder engagement. Drives innovation and risk management across network, security, and cloud technologies.

Mandatory Skill(s)

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field;
• Must have 10 years of experience in customer-facing roles within the telecom or IT industry or equivalent;
• Must have expertise in IT network, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and cloud services;
• Strong leadership in technical design, architecture, and governance;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Ability to operate at both strategic (governance) and tactical (technical) levels;
• Proficient in working across cultures and within matrix organizations;
• Skilled in mentoring and guiding junior consultants or technical staff;
• Comfortable with international travel;
• Must have Korean language proficiency, as the incumbent will provide support to Korean-speaking users based in Korea.

Desirable Skill(s)
Professional certifications (preferred):

• Networking/Security: Cisco, Juniper, Zscaler; 
• Architecture/Consulting: TOGAF or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern end-to-end solution architecture within customer environments;
• Drive lifecycle planning, innovation, and roadmap alignment across network, security, and cloud services;
• Assess feasibility and risks of new technologies while ensuring quality and governance in service delivery;
• Lead consulting engagements, including design documentation, migration planning, and stakeholder alignment;
• Maintain deep technical expertise to ensure solutions are viable, scalable, and aligned with best practices;
• Support knowledge sharing and standardization to promote continuous improvement across the organization;
• Identify business opportunities, contribute to proposals, and deliver compelling technical presentations;
• Provide expert-level support to customers, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with solution capabilities.
