As an Infrastructure Support Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the IT infrastructure, monitoring system performance, and resolving technical issues. You will also assist in implementing system upgrades and enhancements to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Mandatory Skill(s)

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology and related disciplines;
• Must have a minimum of 6 years of experience in IT support and infrastructure maintenance;
• Must have strong knowledge of system administration, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring;
• Experience in implementing system upgrades, patches, and enhancements;
• Proficiency in network and server infrastructure management;
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities;
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams;
• Good project management and documentation skills.

Desirable Skill(s)

• Certifications such as MCSA or CompTIA Network+ preferred;
• Experience in Windows/Linux server administration, virtualisation (VMware/Hyper-V), and IT infrastructure monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and maintenance for IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and applications;
• Monitor system performance to ensure optimal uptime and reliability;
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues;
• Implement system upgrades, patches, and enhancements to maintain infrastructure efficiency;
• Assist in backup, recovery, and disaster recovery activities;
• Collaborate with teams to document processes, configurations, and resolutions.
