We are looking for a Mechanical Facilities Engineer with experience in HVAC, cleanroom, process exhaust, chilled water systems, secondary cooling loops, compressed dry air, vacuum systems, and fire protection. The role involves managing, maintaining, and optimizing these systems to ensure efficient and reliable facility operations.

Mandatory Skill(s)

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field;
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, utility distribution, and process support equipment is required;
• At least 2 years of relevant industrial experience with practical, hands-on skills.

Desirable Skill(s)

• Semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing experience, especially in cleanroom environments, is desirable;
• Hands-on expertise in HVAC systems, process exhaust, chilled water, and secondary cooling loops, is advantageous;
• Experience with compressed dry air, vacuum systems, and fire protection systems, is a plus;
• Familiarity with preventive and predictive maintenance programs for critical mechanical systems, is a plus;
• Knowledge of industrial utility distribution and process support equipment, is a plus;  
• Understanding of system performance monitoring and troubleshooting, is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support and upkeep for mechanical facilities systems, including HVAC, cleanroom, process exhaust, chilled water systems, secondary cooling loops, compressed air, vacuum systems, and fire protection.
• Develop, implement, and optimize maintenance programs to ensure high system uptime and consistent supply quality.
• Monitor system performance, investigate issues, and deliver effective technical solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focusing on cost efficiency, uptime, safety, and quality.
• Support project installations, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and manage safety, quality, scope, schedule, deliverables, and costs.
