This Manufacturing Engineer role will lead a team to meet daily production, quality, and safety targets. The role also oversees resource planning, training, process improvements, and cross-department coordination to ensure operational efficiency.

Mandatory Skill(s)

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Science, or Production-related field; 
• At least 2 years of work experience as Manufacturing Engineer; 
• Open to working 12-hour shifts, either permanent day or night as assigned by the manager

Desirable Skill(s)

• Prior experience in high-tech, high-volume manufacturing is preferred. 

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of line leaders and operators to achieve daily production, quality, and productivity goals; 
• Hold daily briefings and escalate any line issues promptly; 
• Plan and monitor manpower, overtime, and consumable usage; 
• Ensure adherence to manufacturing standards and safety protocols; 
• Provide training and coaching to enhance team performance; 
• Drive process improvements to minimize human errors; 
• Maintain discipline and housekeeping standards on the production line; 
• Collaborate with other departments to support projects, evaluations, and preventive maintenance activities.
