Seeking an IT Business Analyst responsible for configuring insurance products on new business platforms and translating business requirements into effective technical solutions. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams to support product delivery, system enhancements, and seamless platform operations across multiple markets.

Mandatory Skill(s)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field;
• Must have 5 years’ SDLC experience with proven insurance product configuration (Par, Non-Par, ILAS);
• Strong technical skills in JavaScript, Node.js, MongoDB, and API mapping/specification;
• Solid understanding of client–server, web/app architectures, and modern technologies (Cloud, DevOps, Microservices);
• Strong business analysis capability: requirements gathering, impact analysis, As-Is/To-Be flows, and documentation;
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to prioritize, manage deadlines, and deliver projects across multi-market teams;
• Strong collaboration across Product, Actuarial, Pricing, IT, and Digital teams.

Desirable Skill(s)

• Experience with modern digital or cloud-based insurance technology platforms;
• Ability to create simple prototypes or mock-ups for requirement validation.

Responsibilities

• Configure insurance products on new business platforms and ensure accurate sales illustration setup;
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into clear system specifications;
• Collaborate closely with Product, Actuarial, Pricing, and IT teams across markets;
• Define As-Is and To-Be process flows and support solution design activities;
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and alignment with business priorities;
• Support system upgrades, platform consistency, and ongoing product configuration needs;
• Provide guidance and support to end-users to ensure smooth adoption of new systems.
