Join the Middleware Service Operations team, supporting CFT, Control-M, and MQ. Manage global production services and projects across Axway CFT, Synchrony Gateway, Sentinel, Secure Transport, BMC Control-M, and IBM MQ in a cross-functional environment.

Mandatory Skill(s)

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or equivalent;
• Must have 4+ years of experience in:

Operating Systems: Linux, Unix, Windows;
Middleware Technologies: Axway CFT, Secure Transport, Sentinel, IBM MQ;
Monitoring & Analytics Tools: OMI, ServiceNow, Geneos;
Scripting: Java, Unix Shell, Python, PowerShell, Perl;

• Must have experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, Elasticsearch, Rundeck, GIT;
• Familiarity with ITIL Service Management (Incident, Problem, Change processes);
• Flexible for shift work and on-call rotations;
• Customer-focused, strong team player, able to work independently and collaboratively.

Desirable Skill(s)

• Experience with DevOps tools and frameworks;
• BMC Certified Service Professional in Control-M Version 9;
• Hands-on experience with IBM MQ;
• Exposure to banking or financial institutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide global production support for middleware platforms, ensuring reliability and stability;
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, problems, and change requests;
• Collaborate with development, project, and business teams on deliverables;
• Drive continuous improvement and automation in production environments;
• Engage in DevOps practices (CI/CD, Continuous Testing, Monitoring, Compliance) and enhance middleware interfaces.
