IT Change Management

Seeking IT Change Management Lead is responsible for governing and driving the end-to-end Change Management process to ensure stability, compliance, and controlled delivery of IT changes. This role works closely with IT, business stakeholders, and auditors to manage risk, improve process effectiveness, and support enterprise-wide IT Service Management initiatives.

Mandatory Skill(s)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or an equivalent discipline;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Service Management, preferably within a financial institution, insurance industry, IT shared services, or consulting environment;
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience managing Change Management processes;
  • Strong working knowledge of ITIL-based Change Management and Service Request Management;
  • Proven experience running Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings;
  • Hands-on experience with SaaS-based ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or Remedyforce;
  • Solid understanding of overall IT infrastructure domains (applications, servers, networks, databases);
  • Ability to create, analyze, and interpret operational reports and metrics;
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in a multinational environment;
  • ITIL v3 Foundation certification is mandatory.

Desirable Skill(s)

  • Project Management certification is an added advantage;
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the end-to-end Change Management process, serving as the primary point of contact for change and service request inquiries;
  • Lead and participate in Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings to review, assess, and approve change requests;
  • Ensure changes are properly documented, compliant with ITIL standards, and executed with minimal risk to service stability;
  • Monitor process compliance, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement of Change Management practices;
  • Produce and analyze change-related reports to provide clear visibility, governance, and performance insights;
  • Collaborate with IT teams, business stakeholders, and auditors to support effective IT Service Management and regulatory compliance.
