- We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our IT division, focusing on Opera Property Management System (PMS) in a hotel environment. The role involves leading business analysis, applying Design Thinking to create user-centered solutions, and translating complex business requirements into actionable system specifications. You will work closely with technical teams to improve processes, support operational needs across Front Office, Reservations, Housekeeping, and other departments, and ensure seamless guest service and operational efficiency.
Mandatory Skill(s)
- 5+ years as an IT Business Analyst or System Analyst;
- 3–5 years working with Oracle Opera PMS in a hotel environment (Opera Cloud experience advantageous);
- Experience with Opera system configuration, troubleshooting, and integration;
- Familiarity with project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall);
- Experience in E-commerce, Hospitality, or Casino systems is a plus;
- Tools: Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, Balsamiq.

Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth business needs analysis with stakeholders;
- Apply Design Thinking to ideate and prototype user-centric solutions;
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and digital transformation;
- Requirements Engineering & Documentation;
- Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and use cases;
- Configure and maintain Opera PMS modules (Front Office, Reservations, Housekeeping, etc.);
- Provide day-to-day support for Opera-related issues and workflow improvements;
- Process Optimization & Problem Solving;
- Analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements;
- Collaborate with technical teams to engineer sustainable solutions;
- Evaluate potential solutions for impact, feasibility, and alignment with enterprise standards;
- Support the development team throughout the software development lifecycle;
- Act as liaison between business units and IT teams;
- Manage stakeholder expectations.
