We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Project Manager to support business and technology initiatives within Transaction Banking. This role is suitable for candidates with 4–6 years of project management experience who are keen to grow their exposure to large-scale banking transformation projects in a structured, global environment.

You will work closely with senior PMs, business stakeholders, and technology teams to support project delivery, coordination, and execution across the project lifecycle.

Mandatory Skill(s)

• Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline;
• Must have 4–6 years of experience in project management, business analysis, or PMO roles, preferably within banking or financial services;
• Good understanding of Transaction Banking (e.g. payments, cash management, trade finance, or related systems);
• Experience supporting projects delivered using Agile or hybrid methodologies;
• Good stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to work with business and technology teams;
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks; 
• Proactive, willing to learn, and able to work under timelines.

Desirable Skill(s)

• Experience in banking system implementations, migrations, or process change projects;
• Exposure to regional or cross-functional projects;
• PMP, CAPM, or Agile-related certification.

Responsibilities

• Support project delivery to ensure milestones, timelines, and quality standards are met;
• Assist in project planning activities, including scope definition, schedules, resource coordination, and documentation;
• Work with business and technology teams to gather requirements and support solution delivery;
• Support impact assessments on processes and operating models during system changes or rollouts;
• Assist in managing risks, issues, and change requests, escalating where required;
• Prepare project status updates, reports, and documentation for stakeholders;
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure tasks are delivered according to plan;
• Ensure project standards and governance processes are followed throughout the project lifecycle.
