This role will be involved in developing and maintaining visual dashboards to track project performance. It will be using Excel and Python to track, analyze, and optimize administrative workflows, enhancing efficiency and data accuracy. 

Mandatory Skill(s)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Computer Science or related studies; 
• Minimum 2 years of experience in creating dashboards and visualization tools; 
• Must have experience in Python programming or scripting; 
• Must have attentiveness to details and the ability to work in dynamic and fast-paced environments.

Desirable Skill(s)

• Understanding of AI/ML applications in compliance is advantageous but not required; 
• Knowledge of automation tools such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and familiarity with advanced analytics for AFC applications, is beneficial but not required; 
• Ability to translate technical and analytical insights into concise management-ready reports. 

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining visual dashboards to aid in decision-making;
• Use Python to track, analyze, and optimize administrative workflows, enhancing efficiency and data accuracy; 
• Prepare reports in MS Excel; 
• Collaborating with stakeholders across compliance, data science, IT and external vendors to align objectives and resolve cross-functional issues;
• Providing insights on system implementation, model requirements and regulatory expectations.
