Seeking a Project Manager to lead and manage the operation and maintenance of IT systems, ensuring timely and successful project delivery aligned with contractual and customer requirements. The role covers project governance, planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

Mandatory Skill(s)

• Must have minimum 8 years of project management experience, preferably in large-scale IT projects;
• Must have Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field;
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent Project Management certification;
• Strong expertise in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management;
• Proven experience in risk, issue, procurement, and subcontractor management;
• Excellent stakeholder communication, leadership, and team coordination skills;
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or equivalent.

Desirable Skill(s)

• Agile/Scrum certification;
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments;
• Exposure to mission-critical or regulated IT environments (e.g., aviation, infrastructure, government)

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer and manage overall project governance;
• Establish and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and repositories;
• Manage project budget, costs, procurement activities, subcontractors, and resource allocation;
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues; maintain risk and issue logs;
• Track project progress, SLAs, manpower effort, and budget performance;
• Prepare and present monthly progress reports, conduct review meetings, and deliver ad-hoc reports;
• Collaborate with Scrum Master, Technical Manager, and Solution Architect on delivery, integration, deployment, and change management.
