Seeking a Team Lead who will manage IT delivery and project execution while leading a technical team to meet business objectives, quality standards, and timelines.

Mandatory Skill(s)

• Must have 7+ years of experience in IT project management and delivery, with minimum 3 years as a Team Lead;
• Certified IT Project Manager (CITPM) or PMP certification with strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies;
• Hands-on experience with Linux (including Red Hat Linux) and Windows Server environments;
• Strong cloud platform exposure including AWS and Microsoft Azure, with understanding of Cloud Technical Architecture;
• Technical proficiency in MS SQL, Docker, and scripting/programming using Python, Bash/Shell, PowerShell, and SQL;
• Experience with DevOps and infrastructure tools such as Azure DevOps, Terraform, Microsoft Entra, and Visual Studio, along with excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable Skill(s)

• Exposure to additional cloud platforms or enterprise environments (e.g., GCP, Oracle, Unix-based systems);
• Familiarity with enterprise frameworks, automation, or advanced data and analytics technologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage specific project components or small-to-medium projects to achieve business goals, quality standards, and delivery timelines;
• Lead, mentor, and support team members through effective guidance, coaching, and performance management;
• Develop, maintain, and track project plans and schedules; assign and delegate tasks appropriately;
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, governance standards, and best practices;
• Monitor project progress, risks, and issues, and report status to the Delivery Manager or senior management;
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical delivery with business requirements;
• Evaluate team performance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
