We are looking for an ID Administrator to support day-to-day account administration tasks, including staff onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and access requests. This is an operational role focused on processing requests accurately, updating records, and supporting basic access-related activities.
Mandatory Skill(s)
- Diploma or equivalent qualifications, with admin or operations support experience;
- Basic understanding of user onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfer processes;
- Basic knowledge of account and access control governance and compliance requirements;
- Able to follow processes carefully with good attention to detail;
- Able to work independently and with a team, with clear communication.
Desirable Skill(s)
- Experience working in a large organisation or shared services environment;
- Familiarity with ticketing or service request systems.
Responsibilities
- Handle staff onboarding, offboarding, and transfer account requests;
- Process access and account-related service requests;
- Support periodic access review administrative activities;
- Update and maintain account tracking records;
- Provide basic standby support for account administration matters;
- Follow established procedures and ensure tasks are completed within timelines.
