We are looking for a Business Analyst passionate about business processes, design thinking, and digital transformation. The role involves eliciting stakeholder needs, translating them into actionable requirements, and collaborating with IT teams to deliver innovative, user-centric solutions.

Mandatory Skill(s)

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field;
• Must have 4-6 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, System Analyst, or similar role in IT projects;
• Strong knowledge of project methodologies, including Agile Scrum and Waterfall;
• Proficiency with business analysis and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, and Balsamiq;
• Relevant professional certifications preferred (e.g., CCBA, CBAP, PSM, PSPO, or Design Thinking training).

Desirable Skill(s)

• Experience in E-commerce, Integrated Resorts, Hospitality, or Casino systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed business needs analysis and engage stakeholders to understand goals, challenges, and pain points;
• Apply Design Thinking methodologies to develop user-centric solutions and innovative prototypes;
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and digital transformation initiatives;
• Translate business requirements into clear, testable user stories, use cases, and specifications;
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, including BRDs, process flows, and UAT plans;
• Collaborate with IT and development teams to design scalable, feasible solutions;
• Facilitate workshops, manage stakeholder expectations, and support UAT/testing activities.
