We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Test Analyst to join our client's team supporting ATM system projects within a banking environment. You will be involved in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including requirement review, test case preparation, execution, and defect tracking.

Mandatory Skill(s)

• Minimum a Nitec / Diploma graduate in Banking, Finance, Business, or related field;
• Interest in software testing and banking technology;
• Ability to plan and execute report issues clearly;
• Good communication skills and ability to work with different teams.

Desirable Skill(s)

• Prior exposure / internship to manual or automation testing;
• Familiarity with ATM systems or banking applications;
• Understanding of defect management and reporting tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence). 

Responsibilities

• Help create and execute test scripts and test cases;
• Work with Product/Project Managers, IT, and business teams to understand requirements;
• Log defects, follow up with stakeholders, and track issue resolution;
• Document test results and provide updates on testing progress;
• Support smooth implementation of ATM system changes and features.
