We are seeking a Business and Solution Analyst with 7+ years of banking IT experience to lead the design, enhancement, and Agile delivery of Cash Management platforms, including hands-on expertise in Global PayPlus (v4.6.24+).
Mandatory Skill(s)
- 7+ years of Business Analysis and SME experience in banking IT, specializing in payment systems and core banking, with hands-on expertise in Global PayPlus (v4.6.24+);
- Strong background as a Business & Solution Analyst in Cash Management, with in-depth knowledge of ISO 20022 and SWIFT payment formats, including field mapping and validation rules;
- Experienced in creating detailed feature files and functional specifications to support development teams effectively;
- Solid understanding of system architecture and application flows, enabling strong end-to-end requirement analysis;
- Proven track record in designing and delivering complex features and enterprise applications;
- Good exposure to Payments Hub, Clearing & Settlement processes, and Automated Clearing House (ACH) programs and channels;
- Skilled in eliciting and documenting clear, structured requirements, ensuring alignment across business and technical stakeholders;
- Comfortable working in Agile and Scrum environments, contributing to iterative and value-driven delivery;
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting capabilities.
Desirable Skill(s)
- Experienced Agile practitioner, actively contributing to sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure smooth and value-driven delivery;
- Work experience in banking or financial industry;
- Confident communicator with the ability to simplify complex technical ideas and present them effectively to senior leadership and development teams.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive the complete feature lifecycle from idea to production delivery;
- Act as Feature Owner, leading requirement analysis, estimations, stakeholder discussions, and baseline sign-offs;
- Translate business needs into practical solutions, including hands-on design, configuration, and rule implementation in Global PayPlus;
- Break down work into clear, realistic estimates (WBS) to support effective planning and execution;
- Partner closely with developers and QA to define clear acceptance criteria and meaningful test data;
- Support and enhance test automation efforts to ensure reliable and scalable solutions;
- Perform end-to-end validation of features, working with Product Owners to confirm readiness;
- Lead smooth UAT handovers with complete test evidence and provide support through production release;
- Ensure ongoing stability, performance, and support of Cash Management and reporting applications;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high-quality outcomes.
