We are seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft Entra ID Developer with strong expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM). The role involves designing, implementing, and managing secure authentication and authorization solutions using Microsoft Entra ID. The candidate will lead SSO, MFA, identity protection, and conditional access implementations while ensuring compliance with enterprise security policies. This position requires close collaboration with infrastructure, security, and application teams to deliver secure and scalable identity solutions.
Mandatory Skill(s)
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM);
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD);
- Implementation experience in SSO (Single Sign-On) and MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication);
- Experience in Conditional Access Policies & Identity Protection;
- Implementation of Azure AD Connect & Application Proxy;
- Certificate management for federated SSO;
- Strong understanding of IAM principles;
- Experience in onboarding enterprise applications to Entra ID;
- Knowledge of administrative roles and licensing in Entra ID;
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Desirable Skill(s)
- Microsoft certifications related to Identity & Access Management;
- Experience with cloud-based IAM services;
- Experience working with infrastructure and security teams;
- Knowledge of formal software development methodologies;
- Exposure to enterprise-level authentication architecture;
- Experience handling application certificate lifecycle management.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement secure authentication & authorization strategies using Microsoft Entra ID;
- Develop and maintain SSO and MFA integrations for enterprise applications;
- Implement Identity Protection and Conditional Access policies;
- Configure and manage Azure AD Connect and Application Proxy;
- Lead onboarding of new enterprise applications ensuring security compliance;
- Collaborate with infrastructure teams to manage application certificate lifecycle;
- Work with application owners on user licensing requirements;
- Provide technical leadership across identity development projects;
- Ensure continuous improvement of IAM systems by adopting latest security practices;
- Troubleshoot and resolve authentication, federation, and identity-related issues.
