We are looking for a Project Manager / Senior Consultant to support our client, a leading international bank, on AML Transaction Monitoring and operational transformation initiatives across Global Markets in APAC. The role involves supporting regional and global project teams in process analysis, stakeholder coordination, and project tracking to enhance transaction monitoring frameworks and operational efficiency.

Mandatory Skill(s)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related disciplines;
• Must have minimum 4 years of experience in project coordination, business analysis, or transformation initiatives within banking or financial services;
• Exposure to AML, compliance, regulatory, or financial crime-related projects;
• Strong analytical and documentation skills, including process analysis or operational reviews;
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work across business, technology, and compliance teams.

Desirable Skill(s)

• Experience supporting AML transaction monitoring or regulatory remediation initiatives;
• Exposure to Global Markets products or investment banking operations;
• Prior experience in project management or PMO support within banking projects.

Responsibilities

• Support project delivery for industrialisation and operational transformation initiatives across APAC;
• Assist in project management and coordination for AML transaction monitoring initiatives related to Global Markets activities;
• Conduct analysis of current operational and transaction flows, including product and payment processes;
• Coordinate with stakeholders across business, IT, compliance, and operations teams;
• Prepare project documentation, analysis reports, and progress updates;
• Participate in regional and global project meetings, ensuring action items and deliverables are tracked.
