We are seeking AI Specialist ensure that AI systems are designed, deployed, and governed in alignment with ethical principles, regulatory standards, and organizational values. This role is responsible for establishing standards, processes, and tools that embed fairness, transparency, accountability, and privacy into AI solutions.
Mandatory Skill(s)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Ethics, Law, or a related field;
- Must have 10–15 years of experience in Agentic AI/ML-related roles, including technical practice, product ownership, or risk/governance with deep AI exposure;
- 5+ years of experience with model validation methodologies.
- Must Strong understanding of the AI lifecycle, including model development, deployment, monitoring, and governance;
- Must have deep knowledge of AI/ML concepts such as: LLMs, Generative AI, Agentic AI, Model risk management,, Algorithmic bias/ fairness, explainability and interpretability;
- Working knowledge of AI regulatory frameworks and ethics principles;
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical and regulatory concepts for non-technical audiences;
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
Desirable Skill(s)
- Certification in Responsible AI or AI Ethics;
- Experience contributing to AI governance bodies, ethics boards, or industry working groups.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain internal AI standards, guidelines, frameworks, and playbooks;
- Advise project teams on AI risk mitigation strategies, ensuring Responsible AI requirements are embedded into solution design and deployment;
- Act as the primary liaison between business teams and Line 2 Risk Management on AI-related matters;
- Ensure AI initiatives adhere to global regulatory requirements and the bank’s internal governance frameworks;
- Conduct risk impact assessments for AI models, analytics solutions, and AI-driven applications;
- Implement controls and guardrails to mitigate risks such as misuse, hallucinations, model drift;
- Build and nurture a Responsible AI community of practice across Business Units, Technology, Data, Risk, Compliance, and Legal;
- Develop and deliver training and awareness programs on Responsible AI principles and practices;
- Act as a liaison with external forums, industry working groups, and academic partners;
- Champion the adoption of advanced AI and Generative AI solutions across the organization through projects, MVPs, and case studies;
- Serve as an internal advisor and educator on AI capabilities.
