Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee the operation and maintenance of enterprise IT systems while ensuring successful project delivery and alignment with customer requirements; The role involves managing project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting while coordinating resources, risks, and stakeholder communication; The Project Manager will ensure compliance with contractual obligations, project governance standards, and service performance targets.
Mandatory Skill(s)
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in Project Management;
- Strong experience in managing IT projects, preferably large-scale IT or aviation-related systems;
- Experience in project planning, scheduling, and milestone tracking;
- Strong stakeholder management and customer communication skills;
- Experience managing budgets, procurement, and subcontractors;
- Strong risk and issue management capabilities;
- Experience with project management tools such as MS Project or Jira;
- Strong leadership and cross-functional team coordination skills;
- Ability to monitor project performance, SLAs, and delivery milestones.
Desirable Skill(s)
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification;
- Agile or Scrum certification and experience working in Agile environments;
- Experience collaborating with Scrum Masters, Technical Managers, and Solution Architects;
- Experience in aviation or large enterprise IT environments;
- Experience managing infrastructure or system implementation projects;
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Responsibilities
• Act as the primary point of contact for the customer and manage stakeholder communication;
• Plan, execute, and monitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverables;
• Manage project resources, budgets, procurement, and subcontractors;
• Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues;
• Prepare and present project progress reports and conduct review meetings;
• Monitor project performance, SLAs, and delivery timelines;
• Collaborate with Scrum Masters, Technical Managers, and Solution Architects for project execution;
• Ensure compliance with project governance, security standards, and contractual requirements.
