We are seeking a Technical Trainer with strong CCTV/security professional who excels at delivering engaging training and creating high quality eLearning content using tools like Articulate 360.

Mandatory Skill(s)

• Hands-on experience in CCTV, security surveillance systems, or related technologies;
• Proven experience as a Technical Trainer or in a technical education / enablement role;
• Strong eLearning content development experience using Articulate 360 / Storyline;
• Ability to design and deliver engaging training across:
  • In-person classroom;
  • Virtual instructor led training (VILT);
  • Self paced / on demand learning;
• Solid IT fundamentals, including:
  • Basic networking concepts;
  • Microsoft Windows environments;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with confidence in front of technical and nontechnical audiences;
• Experience working with a Learning Management System (LMS) (content upload, tracking, reporting);
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts using real world examples and hands on demonstrations.

Desirable Skill(s)

• Experience designing global or regional training programs;
• Advanced instructional design knowledge (ADDIE, adult learning theory, blended learning);
• Experience creating scenario based or simulation driven eLearning;
• Familiarity with video creation/editing tools (e.g., Camtasia, Adobe tools);
• Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts related to CCTV and surveillance systems;
• Experience supporting product launches through training enablement;
• Ability to analyze training metrics and ROI to improve learning outcomes;
• Exposure to customer enablement or partner training programs;
• Strong stakeholder management skills across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Support;
• Experience working in regulated, mission critical, or high security environments;
• Comfortable mentoring junior trainers or contributing to training standards/frameworks;
• Multilingual capability or experience training cross cultural audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high quality technical training content for internal teams and external customers;
• Create interactive eLearning modules using Articulate 360 / Storyline, aligned with adult learning best practices;
• Develop supporting materials including presentations, facilitator guides, assessments, exercises, and quick reference guides;
• Deliver technical training sessions confidently across multiple formats:
  • In-person classroom;
  • Virtual instructor led training (VILT);
  • Webinars and self paced learning;
• Translate complex CCTV and surveillance concepts into clear, practical, and engaging learning experiences;
• Provide hands on demonstrations, real world scenarios, and guided practice to reinforce learning;
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Support teams to ensure training accuracy and alignment with product roadmaps;
• Continuously review and update training content based on product updates, customer feedback, and business needs;
• Support LMS administration, including content uploads, user management, completion tracking, and reporting;
• Measure and evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and performance data;
• Drive continuous improvement in training quality, engagement, and delivery standards;
• Support regional and global training initiatives, including travel as required.
