We are seeking for a Data Scientist, who will focuses on building, fine-tuning, and evaluating AI/ML and Agentic AI models, with strong emphasis on data pipelines, experimentation, and model performance.

Mandatory Skill(s)

• Strong Python skills (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn);
• Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, vector DBs;
• Knowledge of data engineering basics (SQL, pipelines);
• Familiarity with Azure AI / OpenAI APIs;
• Statistical analysis and experimentation.

Desirable Skill(s)

• Experience with GenAI / NLP use cases in enterprise settings;
• Hands-on work with RAG optimization techniques (hybrid search, reranking, chunking);
• Familiarity with agent frameworks and reasoning patterns (chains, planners, tool use);
• Experience with vector databases (Azure AI Search, FAISS, Pinecone, etc.);
• Model evaluation experience for LLMs (accuracy, relevance, hallucination analysis);
• Knowledge of prompt optimization, prompt versioning, and experimentation frameworks;
• Experience with model fine-tuning or parameter-efficient tuning (LoRA, adapters);
• Exposure to MLOps / AI lifecycle practices (model tracking, deployment, monitoring).

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize ML/AI models and LLM-based solutions;
• Design and implement RAG pipelines and prompt strategies;
• Work with structured/unstructured data for training and evaluation;
• Build agent behaviors, reasoning chains, and tool integrations;
• Perform model evaluation, testing, and tuning;
• Collaborate with engineers to productionize solutions;
• Support data preparation, feature engineering, and analytics.
