We are seeking an AI Factory Lead cum Operations Manager for an operational and deliveryfocused role. This position is responsible for running the Agentic AI Factory onsite, ensuring smooth execution, crossteam coordination, and scalable delivery of AI use cases.
 

Mandatory Skill(s)

• Strong program/project management (Agile, Scrum);
• Understanding of AI/GenAI concepts (not necessarily hands-on);
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management;
• Experience in delivery governance and scaling teams;
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams onsite.

Desirable Skill(s)

• Experience running onsite delivery hubs or innovation labs (AI Factory, CoE, Digital Factory);
• Familiarity with Agentic AI concepts, AI lifecycle, and usecase scaling models;
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery in AI / datadriven programs;
• Exposure to AI governance, Responsible AI, and risk management frameworks;
• Ability to translate business priorities into executable AI delivery roadmaps;
• Experience managing multivendor and multiskill teams (data, AI, engineering);
• Strong dependency management across business, platform, security, and data teams;
• Metricsdriven mindset for tracking value realization, ROI, and adoption;
• Change management and user adoption experience for AI solutions;
• Comfort working in fastpaced, evolving AI environments with ambiguity;
• Experience supporting executive reviews and steering committee governance;
• Prior exposure to Microsoft AI / Cloud programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the AI factory;
• Coordinate between business, tech teams, and stakeholders;
• Prioritize and track use cases, backlog, and delivery pipeline;
• Ensure governance, standards, and best practices are followed;
• Monitor KPIs, productivity, and value realization;
• Facilitate workshops, sprint planning, and stakeholder reviews;
• Drive adoption and change management.
