We are seeking a Backend Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build high-performance APIs and services.
Mandatory Skill(s)
- Must have 4–8 years of experience in backend development experience;
- Must have experience in Java (Spring Boot) / Node.js / .NET Core;
- Must experience with microservices architecture;
- Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB);
- Experience with RESTful APIs and API security (OAuth, JWT);
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP);
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Desirable Skill(s)
- Knowledge of event-driven architecture (Kafka, RabbitMQ);
- Exposure to containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes);
- Experience in General Insurance domain.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust RESTful APIs and microservices;
- Develop scalable backend systems to support core business functionalities;
- Integrate applications with third-party services such as payment gateways and CRM platforms;
- Enhance application performance, scalability, and security;
- Collaborate closely with frontend developers, QA teams, and product stakeholders;
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best coding practices;
- Diagnose and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
