Seeking a Frontend Developer responsible for designing and developing responsive, high-performance user interfaces for insurance-based applications. The role involves converting UI/UX designs into functional code, ensuring scalability, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Mandatory Skill(s)
- Strong hands-on experience in modern frontend frameworks such as React or Angular or Vue.js;
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript ES6+ with solid understanding of core concepts;
- Hands-on experience in REST API integration and handling asynchronous data;
- Strong knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile-first development approach;
- Ability to ensure cross-browser compatibility and consistent UI behavior.
Desirable Skill(s)
- Prior experience working in insurance or fintech domain will be an added advantage;
- Familiarity with frontend testing frameworks such as Jest or Cypress;
- Exposure to design systems, UI component libraries, and reusable component architecture;
- Understanding of performance optimization techniques and frontend best practices.
Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and maintain scalable user-facing features for web applications;
- Convert UI/UX wireframes and designs into clean, efficient, and high-quality code;
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance;
- Ensure applications are fully responsive and work seamlessly across devices and browsers;
- Collaborate closely with backend developers, designers, and stakeholders;
- Write reusable, testable, and maintainable code following best practices;
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and continuous improvement of frontend architecture.
