We are seeking an Executive Vice President, Data Management, who leads the company's data, analytics, and AI strategy to drive business value, ensure trusted and governed data, and build a strong data driven culture across the enterprise.
Mandatory Skill(s)
- Enterprise data, analytics, and AI strategy leadership;
- Strong understanding of banking operations, products, and data ecosystems;
- Data governance, quality, privacy, security, and regulatory compliance;
- Data architecture and modern data platforms;
- Executive level stakeholder management and board engagement;
- Value realization and data monetization experience;
- Data ethics, risk, and assurance leadership;
- Largescale transformation and operating model design;
- Advanced analytics, data engineering, and delivery oversight;
- Talent development, data literacy, and culture change leadership.
Desirable Skill(s)
- Experience in data commercialization and external data partnerships;
- Exposure to open data initiatives and public/ecosystem data platforms;
- Advanced understanding of AI/ML use cases in banking (risk, fraud, personalization, automation);
- Experience working with regulators and industry bodies on data standards;
- Familiarity with cloud native and hybrid data architectures;
- Knowledge of emerging technologies (GenAI, automation, advanced analytics);
- Strong change management and transformation leadership experience;
- Experience building data products and reusable data assets;
- Global or multimarket banking experience;
- Thought leadership in data, analytics, or AI (speaking, publications, industry forums).

- Define and drive the Bank’s enterprise data, analytics, and AI strategy;
- Establish and lead the Data & Analytics operating model and governance framework;
- Treat data as a strategic business asset and drive measurable business value;
- Ensure data is trusted, high quality, secure, compliant, and ready;
- Oversee enterprise data platforms, architecture, and analytics delivery;
- Enable advanced analytics and AI use cases to improve decision making and automation;
- Lead data commercialization and innovation opportunities;
- Build strong partnerships with business, technology, risk, compliance, and regulators;
- Foster a data driven culture and enterprise data literacy;
- Lead, develop, and scale high performing data and analytics teams.
