Drive end-to-end review and negotiation of IT supplier contracts to support critical technology initiatives across the Bank. Partner with sourcing, legal, and IT teams to close contract gaps, manage risk, and secure commercial value. Ensure strict compliance with policies while strengthening stakeholder awareness of contractual risks.

Mandatory Skill(s)

• Must have experience in reviewing and negotiating IT contracts with vendors or suppliers;
• Strong understanding of contract terms, risk assessment, and contract gap analysis;
• Experience working with Legal, Procurement, and IT stakeholders in a cross-functional environment;
• Familiarity with compliance requirements, policies, and governance standards;
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.

Desirable Skill(s)

• Knowledge of vendor management and strategic sourcing/procurement processes;
• Ability to identify contract gaps and assess potential risks.

Responsibilities

• Support IT sourcing initiatives by managing the end-to-end contract lifecycle, from drafting and review to finalization and execution;
• Partner with Strategic Sourcing, Legal, and IT teams to align contractual terms with business objectives and project requirements;
• Identify potential contractual issues and provide recommendations to safeguard business interests and minimize operational risks;
• Ensure adherence to internal governance frameworks, procurement processes, and documentation standards throughout engagements;
• Facilitate effective communication between internal stakeholders and external suppliers to drive timely contract completion and smooth project delivery.
