We are looking for a Cybersecurity Data Analyst to analyze large-scale data, detect emerging cyber threats early, and collaborate with teams to take proactive actions that protect systems and reduce risk.

Mandatory Skill(s)

• Must have 3+ years of experience in data transformation, analysis, and working with large datasets;
• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field;
• Familiar with statistical concepts like regression, distributions, and hypothesis testing, with practical usage preferred;
• Hands-on experience with databases and big data tools such as Hadoop, Hive, or Spark, and strong SQL skills for complex queries;
• Experience in Computer Networking, Network Security, or System Security is preferred, along with strong SQL skills and hands-on exposure to big data tools and analytics frameworks;
• Good understanding of cybersecurity concepts; relevant certifications are a plus.

Desirable Skill(s)

• Good communication, writing, and presentation skills, with a self-motivated attitude and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and domains.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, correlate, and visualize data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies;
• Develop and test threat-hunting hypotheses to proactively identify potential cyber threats;
• Generate actionable insights with supporting evidence to support decision-making;
• Share threat intelligence with relevant teams to enable timely response and intervention;
• Translate findings into clear reports and presentations for senior stakeholders.
