Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to analyze technology, market, and policy trends, translating insights into actionable strategies, policies, and national-level initiatives.

Mandatory Skill(s)

• Must have 5+ years of experience in strategy, public policy, economic analysis, or technology-related roles;
• Strong understanding of Infocomm, Media, and Digital Economy landscape;
• Proven experience in strategic planning, policy formulation, and research analysis;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with economic/statistical background;
• Ability to interpret data, technology trends, and regulatory developments;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (PowerPoint, reports, stakeholder decks);
• Experience working with government agencies, consulting firms, or cross-functional teams;
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable Skill(s)

• Experience in management consulting, public sector strategy, or digital transformation initiatives;
• Knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, data analytics, digital infrastructure, smart nation initiatives;
• Exposure to policy research, think tanks, or economic research projects;
• Ability to develop thought leadership content (whitepapers, reports, publications);
• Strong skills in data analysis tools (Excel advanced, basic SQL, data visualization tools);
• Experience in cross-agency collaboration and stakeholder engagement at senior levels;
• Strategic mindset with ability to identify greenfield opportunities and innovation areas.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research, trend analysis, and forecasting on infocomm, media, and digital economy developments;
• Perform economic, statistical, and policy analysis to support data-driven decision-making;
• Develop and drive mid-to-long-term strategies and digital economy blueprints;
• Collaborate with government agencies, industry players, and internal teams on strategic initiatives;
• Lead or support cross-functional and cross-agency projects related to digital transformation;
• Develop strategic plans, reports, and thought leadership materials;
• Identify and evaluate new opportunities, emerging technologies, and policy implications;
• Manage and coordinate strategic initiatives, resources, and planning processes;
• Translate high-level strategies into actionable workplans and execution roadmaps.
