Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Business Analyst to lead the business analysis function for the implementation of cash management solutions.

Mandatory Skill(s)

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Payments and Cash Management;
• Must have strong functional expertise in domestic and international payment processes;
• Proven capability in solutioning via business configurations;
• Must have in-depth knowledge of payment systems, payment hubs, clearing & settlement mechanism and automated clearing house;
• Must have in-depth knowledge of payment types such as TT, RTGS, LVP, Payroll, Cheque, Demand Draft, Cashier Order, Mass/Bulk payments;
• Proficient in UAT, Functional Testing, and System Integration Testing for financial applications;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Desirable Skill(s)

• Experience in banking domains such as retail, corporate payments, and real-time payment operations;
• Knowledge of payment hubs, liquidity management, AML/compliance, FX, and SWIFT/ISO messaging.

Responsibilities

• Lead preliminary studies, requirement gathering, and user workshops to define and structure new requirements across regional stakeholders;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable and standardized cash management solutions;
• Ensure global alignment of implemented solutions, minimizing customization to specific geographies unless mandated by regulatory, tax, or accounting needs;
• Drive mutualization and reuse of functionalities and processes across different sites;
• Conduct detailed analysis to identify core business needs and translate them into functional specifications;
• Support testing phases including functional, system integration, and user acceptance testing;
• Serve as a key liaison between business users, development teams, and implementation partners during the solution deployment lifecycle.
