Full Stack Engineer

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Full Stack Engineer to join our growing technology team. This role requires a strong foundation in both back-end and front-end development, with hands-on experience in building secure, high-performance applications. You’ll be working with modern tools and frameworks to create scalable, maintainable solutions that meet business and user needs.

Mandatory Skill(s)

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
• Must have strong experience in Java, Spring, and React;
• Have 4+ years of proven back-end development experience using Java;
• In-depth knowledge of Java frameworks, particularly Spring Boot;
• Solid front-end development skills using React.js, including component design, state management, and responsive layouts;
• Proficiency in relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL, with the ability to write optimized SQL queries;
• Experience using Git for version control and collaboration;
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies;

Desirable Skill(s)

• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud;
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and orchestration tools (Kubernetes);
• Exposure to automated testing frameworks;
• Prior experience in regulated industries or financial services is a plus;

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React.js;
• Work closely with product managers, analysts, and other engineers to gather and refine technical requirements;
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices;
• Participate in code reviews and provide guidance to junior developers;
• Ensure solutions align with security standards and compliance requirements;
• Integrate with third-party systems and APIs, ensuring data consistency and performance;
• Proactively identify and resolve production issues and performance bottlenecks;
