We are looking for a strategic and creative Digital Content Manager to develop, plan, and execute the content strategy for a consumer-facing lifestyle and insurance app. The goal is to increase brand awareness, user acquisition, and ongoing engagement across multiple markets. This role plays a key part in driving customer value and delivering innovative, high-impact digital experiences.
Mandatory Skill(s)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field;
- At least 8 years of experience in content strategy and digital marketing, preferably in consumer tech, fintech, or lifestyle apps;
- Must have expertise in digital content strategy and social media marketing;
- Must have experience with content performance analytics, A/B testing, and social listening tools.
- Proven success managing customer-facing digital platforms with measurable user engagement results;
- Experience in coordinating with regional markets and cross-functional teams;
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and online platform algorithms;
- Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and editorial skills;
- Proficient in project management and coordinating with cross-functional teams.;
- Strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence without authority;
- Knowledge of CMS platforms, Google Analytics, and paid media strategies.
Desirable Skill(s)
- Experience working with lifestyle or wellness mobile apps;
- Ability to work with design tools like Figma, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite;
- Basic knowledge of UX/UI principles to collaborate effectively with design teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end content strategy across digital platforms and social media to support organic marketing goals;
- Develop and manage compelling content that supports product features, campaign messaging, lifestyle engagement, and insurance education;
- Partner with regional and local teams to create audience-focused content that drives awareness, consideration, sign-ups, and usage;
- Manage and align content calendars across internal stakeholders to ensure timely and cohesive execution;
- Define KPIs and use data analytics, A/B testing, and social listening tools to optimize content performance;
- Ensure brand consistency across channels in tone, visuals, and messaging;
- Coordinate with media agencies and vendors to amplify content visibility through SEO, SEM, and social media boosting;
- Analyze campaign performance and generate reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations;
- Stay informed on industry trends and emerging platforms to drive innovation in content marketing;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver high-quality content and meet strategic objectives.
