We are seeking a results-driven Business Analyst in capital market applications and trading systems to collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze systems, and deliver strategic solutions that enhance efficiency.
Mandatory Skill(s)
- Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent;
- Must have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in capital market applications and trading systems;
- Strong working knowledge on financial products like Treasury, FX, Credit, IRD, Bonds;
- Must have experience in transaction reporting regulations;
- Must have experience in managing business requirements and creating functional specifications/user stories;
- Expertise in data analysis using database queries and good understanding of Microservices and Swagger UI;
- Strong experience in testing and hands-on with Jira, and Confluence;
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with proven ability to manage stakeholders and collaborate with technical teams;
- Good written and oral communication skills.
Desirable Skill(s)
- Working knowledge of Agile Scrum framework.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with users/Product Owners to clarify and communicate business requirements to the team;
- Translate and challenge business needs into detailed functional and non-functional requirements;
- Work with development teams to design solutions that meet business needs while considering technical constraints;
- Develop test strategies, create test scenarios, and perform functional, integration, and user testing to ensure compliance with requirements;
- Provide Level 3 support by analyzing defects, coordinating with support and technical teams, and managing defect resolution and retesting;
- Assisting with the daily operations through scrum, Jira and Kanban, techniques;
- Maintain functional documentation for applications;
- Provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
