Fund Accountant

We are looking for a Senior Fund Accountant who will be responsible for reviewing daily, weekly, and monthly NAVs (Net Asset Value), ensuring accuracy in fund reporting, and supporting client-specific financial reporting requirements. The role requires close coordination with internal teams and clients to manage fund administration operations and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards. 

Mandatory Skill(s)
 

• Degree in Accounting or related discipline;
• Must have 2-3 years of experience in NAV calculation and fund administration processes;
• Must have understanding of  compliance in fund operations and risk management;
• Knowledge of internal control procedures and documentation practices;
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, auditors, and internal teams;
• Proficiency in accounting systems, preferably Multifonds, and understanding of system-based workflows;
• Flexible to meet tight deadlines, support shifts, and ensure accurate fund reporting;
• Ability to adapt to change and contribute to process improvements.

Desirable Skill(s)

• Work experience in banking industry.

Responsibilities

• Review NAVs (daily/weekly/monthly) per accounting standards and fund documents;
• Coordinate with teams to ensure timely NAV delivery as per KPIs;
• Ensure NAV accuracy aligns with internal procedures;
• Maintain operational manuals to manage risk and support daily tasks;
• Escalate major incidents, errors, or breaches to management;
• Join operational meetings to address client and business needs;
• Support transition planning, system testing, and process implementation;
• Assist in new client onboarding and fund migration;
• Manage financial consolidation and year-end reporting independently;
• Able to work flexible working hours possibly morning/afternoon shifts and support Singapore public holidays.
