Risk Analytics Analyst

We are looking for an intermediate Risk Analyst with solid experience specializing in Compliance, Risk, and Finance to work on projects for an established bank.

Mandatory Skill(s)

• Must have Bachelors or Master Degree in Qualitative discipline such as Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, math/Stats, Quantitative/Finance etc.;
• Must Have Good programming Skills such as Python/C#/C++;
• Knowledge of Financial Derivatives;
• Must have experience in conducting Independent Testing for Pricing model Validation for FX, Equity, commodity, Credit and Interest Rate related Derivative Products such as forward option/swap and others;
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, auditors, and internal teams;
• Flexible to meet tight deadlines, support shifts, and ensure accurate fund reporting;
• Ability to adapt to change and contribute to process improvements.

Desirable Skill(s)

• Work experience in banking or financial industry.

Responsibilities

• Enhance and develops digital infrastructure to streamline testing process and improve efficiency;
• Exercise due diligence to provide quality work on data analytics;
• Maintain operational manuals to manage risk and support daily tasks;
• Escalate major incidents, errors, or breaches to management;
• Join operational meetings to address client and business needs;
• Support transition planning, system testing, and process implementation;
• Assist in new client onboarding and fund migration;
• Manage financial consolidation and year-end reporting independently.
