Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager experienced in business project management skills and prior exposure with financial products.

Mandatory Skill(s)

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, or a related field;
• Must have proven experience in project management, with a focus on business initiatives, FX and Foreign Exchange;
• Understanding of financial management principles as they relate to project delivery;
• Must have experience in managing projects related to financial instruments such as bonds, equities, the various international currencies, and derivatives;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders;
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and work under deadlines, with a proactive approach to problem-solving;
• Self-starter with the ability to work effectively across diverse cultures and teams.

Desirable Skill(s)

• PMP Certified. 

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects to ensure timely delivery within budget constraints, utilizing best practices and methodologies;
• Work closely with stakeholders across business units and technology teams to ensure alignment on project objectives, deliverables, and timelines;
• Financial management, ensuring project financials are up to date and correct and captured in a timely manner;
• Work closely mainly with Business Stakeholders and drive the project through to completion;
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders, facilitating transparent communication regarding project progress and addressing any concerns;
• Monitor and follow up on action items to ensure timely resolution and adherence to project timelines;
• Oversee project financials, ensuring they are accurately updated and captured in a timely manner. Conduct regular reviews to track budget adherence and financial forecasting.
