Full Stack Developer – JAVA

Mandatory Skill(s)

• Must have 4 – 12 years of Java development with Spring Boot;
• Must have experience in Object Oriented Programming and testing;
• Must have experience in front-end development with either Angular or React;
• Must have hands-on with technologies such as REST APIs, Swagger/OpenAPI;
• Proficiency in SQL and cloud fundamentals such as AWS, Docker, Kubernetes;
• Familiar with Git, Maven, GitLab, JIRA;
• Good debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Desirable Skill(s)

• Knowledge in Apache Kafka, Spark or Iceberg;
• Exposure to DevOps practices and culture;
• Understanding or interest in financial instruments such as bonds, equities, IRDs, and CDS.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deliver scalable Java applications aligned with coding standards;
• Collaborate with analysts and project teams to gather requirements and define test strategies;
• Contribute to architecture decisions and continuous improvements in tools and processes;
• Support monthly releases, handle deployments, and ensure smooth post-release operations;
• Troubleshoot production issues, implement fixes, and provide Level 3 application support;
• Automate manual tasks, optimize performance, and document technical solutions;
• Mentor junior team members and help improve overall delivery quality.
