We are currently seeking highly skilled and qualified Project Managers to lead and oversee largescale projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Mandatory Skill(s)
- Degree in in Business Administration, Electrical & Electronics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering;
- Must have of 8 years of experience in project management, including 3 years in program management within a large-scale organization;
- Must have good understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices;
- Experience in liaising with stakeholders and cross-functional teams;
- Must have experience tracking tools such as JIRA and Confluence;
- Must have experience in contract negotiation and vendor management;
- Strong leadership and project management capabilities;
- Demonstrated ability in decision-making and problem-solving;
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently;
- Strong analytical skills and effective resource management;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Desirable Skill(s)
- Agile certifications (Product Owner or Scrum Master);
- PMP Certified.
Responsibilities
- Build and nurture strong relationships with business stakeholders, understanding their objectives and providing tailored solutions;
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business goals and delivery team objectives;
- Collaborate with teams to continuously enhance user experience and customer satisfaction;
- Become a subject matter expert by developing service solution proposals that address functional, technical, and user experience considerations, and gain approval from internal teams;
- Oversee project delivery, ensuring high-quality outputs and implementing improvement plans where needed;
- Ensure the provision of excellent IT services by understanding operational impacts and proactively planning to minimize disruptions;
- Track IT service quality and performance, suggesting enhancements where applicable;
- Manage vendor performance through service level agreements, engaging with business partners as necessary.
