IT Project Manager

We are seeking a motivated and experienced IT Project Manager to lead and deliver a portfolio of transversal projects across various business lines. The role involves end-to-end project management responsibilities, including planning, coordination, stakeholder management, and delivery of enterprise-wide IT solutions.

Mandatory Skill(s)

• Must have 4 years of experience managing complex IT projects, ideally within enterprise or banking environments;
• Must have practical experience managing iterative or agile projects;
• Must have proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite;
• Prior business analysis experience in the banking sector;
• Must have strong understanding of project management methodologies and SDLC;
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills;
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and Verbal communication skills.

Desirable Skill(s)

• PMP certified;;
•  
• Technical background (knowledge in databases, application servers and programming languages;
• Knowledge/hands on experience around information security.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring delivery of scope, timelines, and stakeholder alignment;
• Maintain and track project plans and budgets, resolving constraints and ensuring feasibility;
• Mitigate risks and dependencies while managing changes across scope, cost, and schedule;
• Implement project governance, documenting decisions and facilitating reviews and meetings;
• Drive clear communication and collaboration across teams and senior stakeholders;
• Foster continuous improvement through feedback and best practice sharing;
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with internal and regulatory requirements;
• Complete required training and stay current on relevant policies and regulations.
