Project Management Officer

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to support project execution, data analysis, and automation initiatives. This role involves coordinating across teams to ensure timely delivery of projects, regulatory compliance, and performance reporting for informed decision-making.

Mandatory Skill(s)

• Must have experience in project coordination or project management/ project coordinator roles;
• Must have basic proficiency in automation scripting or tools such as VBA, Python, RPA;
• Must have experience in data analytics and performance reporting;
• Strong understanding of internal policy and regulatory compliance requirements;
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools;
• Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Sharepoint, MS Project;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;

Desirable Skill(s)

• Prior experience working in banking, finance, or a regulated industry.

Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate projects and system enhancements, ensuring effective timeline and resource management to meet deliverables;
• Manage data extraction and compile presentation slides for management reporting and decision-making;
• Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements through robust process management;
• Work across teams to ensure projects stay within defined scope;
• Engage stakeholders including front office, technology, operations, support units, and senior leadership to maintain alignment and transparency;
• Coordinate and support the development and execution of test cases for system and process changes;
• Perform data analytics to derive insights that support decision-making and process optimization;
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop simple automation scripts that streamline manual tasks;
• Assist in the preparation and facilitation of meetings, including reviews and assessments.
