We are seeking highly qualified IT Project Manager to efficiently oversee projects for a renowned bank.
Mandatory Skill(s)
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
- Must have at least 4 years of experience in project management within a large-scale organization;
- Must have good experience in facilitating collaboration between IT business units and technical teams;
- Well versed in JIRA and Confluence;
- Proven experience in report writing and administrative tasks;
- Must have sound experience in managing medium to large-sized projects;
- Strong leadership and project management capabilities;
- Demonstrated ability in decision-making and problem-solving;
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently;
- Strong analytical skills and effective resource management;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Desirable Skill(s)
- Technical background in application servers, programming languages and information security;
- PMP certified.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, understanding their goals and offering solutions;
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are aligned between business stakeholders and the delivery team;
- Collaborate with teams to continuously improve user experience and customer satisfaction;
- Coordinate project steering committee meetings, establish project governance in line with the company standards and best practices;
- Prepare and monitor detailed project plan in coordination with project teams;
- Manage projects and ensure the quality of deliverables, creating improvement plans where necessary;
- Monitor and manage the project budget, and promptly communicate any budget constraints or concerns to the business team and senior management;
- Lead or support the evaluation of operational impacts due to regulatory changes affecting business compliance, processes, and awareness;
- Promote continuous improvement by incorporating feedback from each project phase and sharing lessons learned and best practices with other teams.
